2022 Innovation Symposium Abstract Submission Form

Please complete this form for each abstract you are submitting for display at the 2022 NUGoKidney Innovation Symposium.

Authors should prepare an abstract of no more than 500 words. Abstracts that align with Symposium topics or NUGoKidney’s mission are encouraged. Graduate students, post-doctoral trainees and early-stage investigators affiliated with Chicago Kidney Urology Hematology network FOR city-Wide reseArch tRaining and career Development (Chicago KUH FORWARD) are especially encouraged to submit their work.

Please enter your abstract information as accurately as possible. It will not be able to be changed after submitting this form.

The Submitting Author must be available to present at the Symposium during the poster session scheduled from 5pm - 7pm on Tuesday, March 8th.

By submitting your poster, you are agreeing that we may distribute your abstract to Innovation Symposium attendees via NUGoKidney Symposium website and/or in print.
