AOSC Proposal for Statistical Support

You are eligible for up to 4 hours of statistical support during you tenure at FSM (two 2-hour sessions). Each form submission counts for 2 hours of statistical support. If you require 4 hours of statistical support, please fill out this form twice (it's ok to resubmit the same form if no changes). Additional time may be approved on a case by case basis.
