Global Health Experience Information Sessions

Global Health Experience Information Sessions

The Robert J. Havey, MD Institute for Global Health invites you to join a Global Health Experience Information Session!

The Global Health Experience, coordinated by the Havey Institute for Global Health, refers to both elective and non-elective rotations for Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine students.

When RSVP'ing for one of these sessions, please note the following:

- Those seeking non-elective global health rotations, or support for opportunities at sites not formally partnered with the Feinberg School of Medicine (eg. research electives or global health AOSCs), should plan to attend a "Global Health Experience" information session.
- Medical students who wish to participate in this program during Phase 3 of their training, and receive elective credit, should plan to attend a "Global Health Elective" information session.

A successful global health experience starts with thoughtful consideration of our partner sites, timelines, policies, and funding opportunities. All applicants are strongly encouraged to attend one of these group information sessions.

Lunch will be served at the in-person sessions. We look forward to seeing you and answering your questions!
