For Hotel receipts, please ensure:
1) Hotel name is visible
2) Dates of stay are visible
3) Guests names (your name) are on the receipt
4) The approved method of payment is visible
For Food Receipts:
1) Food receipts above $40 will not be reimbursed above the $40 limit
2) Alcohol will not be reimbursed
3) Multiple purchases of the same item on the same receipt may be flagged as unapproved purchases for another person as could 2+ main dishes, etc. In such cases, please note reasons for those purchases (i.e., one sandwich for lunch, one for dinner) to ensure timely reimbursement.
4) Food receipts must be itemized
For Lyft/Uber receipts:
Lyft Receipts must have your name as the rider visible
To download ride receipts on the Lyft App
1) Tap 'Export' in the top right corner.
2) Select the rides you want receipts for
3) Tap 'Send report' at the bottom of the screen.
Other:
1) Purchases made with Zelle or any other peer to peer app are will not be reimbursed
2) Purchases made with airline mile, gift receipts, etc. will not be reimbursed
