For adding audience response questions to a presentation (minimum 1 week lead time), please upload a document that contains:

1. Question(s) you wish to have added to your presentation. There should be a minimum of 3 – 5 questions. Please include answers and indicate which answer is correct.

2. All questions must also include content for an explanation slide. This slide must contain a thorough explanation of why an answer is correct. Graphs, charts, or other visuals that clarify concepts are encouraged where appropriate. Clinical correlation is also encouraged.

3. Be sure to include clear instructions on where these questions should be placed in your presentation.
