2025 Pain & Palliative Care Conference Abstract Submission

Hospice and Palliative Care researchers, clinicians, educators, practitioners, administrators and students are encouraged to submit their abstracts for poster presentation reporting on completed research, research in progress and evidence-based practice projects on a wide range of Hospice and Palliative Care topics.

The event will take place on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at the Robert H. Lurie Research Center in Chicago.

The deadline to submit this form is May 23, 2025. Primary presenter will be notified, via email, no later than May 30, 2025. It is the responsibility of the primary presenter to contact other co-presenters.
